Ham′s F-12 is a commonly used medium for clonal toxicity analysis of CHO cells.
Product Application
The Ham′s Nutrient Blend was developed to support the clonal growth of Chinese hamster egg cells, human cervical cancer cell (HeLa) cells, and mouse L cells. It can also be used for the growth of primary rat hepatocytes and rat prostate epithelial cells.
