Water is produced to reach the super-low endotoxin (SLE) grade, with the endotoxin level ≤0.1 EU/mL as measured by the Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) method. 

Product DescriptionWater, Cell Culture Grade undergoes pretreatment and is then produced as a final product by two processes: reverse osmosis (RO), and deionization (DI). The microbiological purity of the water is maintained by constant recirculation within a loop with critical control point filters to the take-off points for maximal protection. Cell Culture Grade Water is continually monitored for endotoxin, microbial bio-burden, and metal ions to ensure that all international acceptable specifications are met.
