• HematoType™ was developed with the addition of conditioned medium to stimulate the proliferation of primary human hematopoietic cells from bone marrow as well as peripheral blood.
• This medium is particularly effective for karyotyping of acute non-lymphocytic leukemias and various stages of chronic myelogenous leukemia as well as other hematological disorders such as myelodysplastic syndrome and polycythemia vera. 

For hematopoietic cell culture, HematoType™ stimulates the proliferation of human hematopoietic stem cells derived from bone marrow and peripheral blood, designed for chromosomal karyotype analysis in acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) at all stages, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), polycythemia vera (PV), and other hematological disorders.
