Rabbit serum was collected using sterile blood collection, microporous filtration, and clarified as a light yellow clear liquid, free of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, etc. Rabbit serum was collected from laboratory grade animals, which were housed under strict barrier conditions and regularly monitored for pathogens. Control standard diet, adhere to strict collection and production procedures, and minimize batch differences to the greatest extent possible. Normal rabbit serum can be used as a blocking agent and control for immune analysis. In terms of immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry, various studies have used 20% or 1:200 diluted rabbit serum as a blocking agent.
