Made from healthy sheep blood as raw material, it is sterile collected, separated, and filtered through micropores. Its characteristics are clear liquid, low endotoxin, and free of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, etc. It is suitable for sample sealing in immunohistochemistry or immunofluorescence experiments. The use of sheep serum to block the physical adsorption sites of protein substances in pre saturated tissue sections greatly reduces non-specific adsorption of detection antibodies by tissues.

Blocking reagent. Dilute as needed with PBS or other buffer. Typical working concentrations are 0.1-5% serum in buffer.
