Product Introduction
MEM-α medium contains all 21 common amino acids and increases the concentration of some amino acids. In addition, it contains 5 vitamins, which is the most abundant version of MEM. Since vitamin C reacts with calcium ions to form crystals, vitamin C is removed from the original formula to reduce the adverse effects of cell culture caused by crystallization. The addition of NEAA can promote cell growth and proliferation, and can also act as a buffer to help maintain the pH of the system.
