Endothelial Cell Complete Medium is a complete medium designed for the culture of human endothelial cells. The sterile medium contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals, and high concentrations of fetal bovine serum. Endothelial Cell Complete Medium can promote the growth and proliferation of normal human microvascular endothelial cells cultured in vitro.

Endothelial Cell Complete Medium has been used to culture human glomerular endothelial cells (HRGEC), human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRMVEC), human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC), and mouse small intestinal vascular endothelial cells (C166).
